With the start of the season in fitness clubs, we come to you with something new! The „Join the Club” tab will make it easier to collect contacts for people interested in your facility!
How does the Join the Club tab work?
In the new tab, a potential customer who is interested in the offer, but has not yet decided to buy a membership, can register. After completing the form, the contact will go to the Members -> Potential Club Members tab, and employees will receive a notification about the new registration.
Automation can be created, consisting in automatically assigning a CRM task to a selected employee, such as adding a note, making a phone call or an action like sending an e-mail or SMS with an invitation to the first training. The task will be visible in the CRM section for the selected employee.
Thanks to this, you will improve sales and communication with your club’s clients!
How to turn on the tab?
To do this, write a request to our Support Department.
