eFitness is an online software platform designed to support the management of fitness facilities, regardless of their size or type. It includes all the essential features — such as class scheduling, online sales, automation, analytics, and reporting — in one place.
eFitness is suitable for any type of fitness facility. Over 1,000 clients across various business models use the system — from large fitness chains with access control, to traditional gyms with group classes, all the way to boutique studios like yoga and pilates schools, dance and martial arts academies, and personal training studios. eFitness is also used by swimming pools, tennis clubs, and premium clubs with dedicated zones.
The eFitness system is available in two versions: Studio version – designed for smaller facilities, priced at 249 PLN per month Business version – starts at 300 PLN per month, depending on the number of active members.
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial so that potential clients can explore the system’s features before making a commitment.
No. We do not charge extra for individual modules. All the components included in each system version are clearly listed on our pricing page. New features and updates are made available to all clients at no additional cost.
No. Both the eFitness App and eFitness Scanner are integrated with the core eFitness system. They reflect the same data and cannot function independently — a valid eFitness system license is required to use them.
Training is not mandatory, but we do provide a free onboarding session with one of our consultants. We encourage clients to take part in the training to make full use of the system’s capabilities. We also offer a rich online knowledge base, including articles and video tutorials, which you can revisit anytime.
On average, implementation takes around one month, although the exact timeline may vary depending on the facility's needs and setup. While signing the contract, system setup, and training don’t take long, additional elements like: Contracts with payment providers Installation of access control hardware Ordering member cards (if applicable) Preparing a white-label app (if ordered) …can affect the total launch time. We always strive to minimize the implementation time, and each project is planned individually with a clear timeline.
