CrossFit 12U1 Wilanów is a boutique gym at the heart of the active community in Warsaw’s Miasteczko Wilanów district and its surroundings. The club focuses on a personalized approach, offering CrossFit training and dedicated classes for children.
The studio owner and head coach, Łukasz Wysocki, has been involved in CrossFit since its earliest days in Poland – dating back to 2011. In December 2013, together with a friend, he co-founded CrossFit ELEKTROMOC, one of the most recognized CrossFit clubs in the country. Three years later, they opened what is now CrossFit 12U1 Wilanów.
Łukasz is one of only four CrossFit Level 3 Trainers in Poland and finds great joy in educating both youth and adults – especially in areas such as healthy nutrition and lifestyle optimization.
Challenges Faced by the Boutique CrossFit 12U1 Wilanów:
