The daily report is sent to your chosen email address and contains the most important information from the previous day, such as:
A. Entries
1. Club entries – the total number of entries to the club on the selected day
2. Highest activity – the peak of members activity
3. Invalid entries – the number of invalid entries to the club. This is the total number of entries to the club without a valid membership and entries of members with arrears
4. Entry with arrears – the number of entries to the club despite the arrears of payment in the membership
5. Entry without membership – the number of entries to the club despite the lack of a valid membership authorizing entry
6. Benefit entries – total entries generated by members with a membership with an „External system” form of payment
7. Entries per hour – a list of entries in the hourly range
B. Sales
1. New members – the amount from the sale of new memberships on a selected day
2. Renewed memberships – the amount from paid installments of members who already have memberships
3. Bar – the amount of sales at the bar on a selected day
4. Bar profit – profit from goods/services sold at the bar on a selected day
C. Warehouses stock exceeded
The report indicates which products have exceeded the designated minimum state (the designation of the minimum state is possible when creating/editing an item). Based on it, product orders can be executed.
D. Finance
This part of the report shows sales receipts by day and the current month, broken down by each form of payment.
Under the tables, the beginning and ending cash register balances are presented.
E. Memberships (quantity)
1. First installment paid today – the number of paid installments of memberships that were sold to new members (paying the first installment in the membership)
2. Subsequent paid installment today – the number of installments paid by members buying another membership and, in the case of installment memberships, the number of paid consecutive installments in the membership (paying 1 installment in the membership in the case of members who already had a membership and, in the case of installment memberships, paying installment 2≤)
3. Active memberships – the number of valid memberships on a selected day (current memberships are also unpaid memberships). As an active membership is counted the membership in progress on a selected day (according to the membership dates)
4. Debtors – number of members who on a selected day have not paid the installment according to the due date
5. Outstanding payments – the number of overdue installments that occurred on a selected day, i.e. today was the due date and the payment was not made. The percentage in parentheses is the percentage of overdue installments in relation to the number of active memberships.
6. Overdue memberships (both active and terminated) – the total number of outstanding memberships of members
7. Not renewed memberships – the number of memberships that have ended today and the member has not purchased another membership.
8. Suspended memberships – the number of suspended memberships for the day.
9. Frozen memberships – the number of frozen memberships for a selected day
10. Terminated memberships – number of memberships terminated and terminated ahead of schedule on a selected day
1. First installment paid (this month) – the number of paid installments of memberships that were sold to new members in the current month (paying the 1st installment in the membership)
2. Subsequent installment paid (this month) – the number of installments that members have paid when buying another membership and, in the case of installment memberships, the number of paid subsequent installments in the membership (paying the 1st installment in the membership for members who already had a membership at the club and, in the case of installment memberships, paying the 2≤ installment)
3. Paid memberships (this month) – the total number of paid installments in the current month
4. Signed memberships this month – the number of added memberships in the current month (a membership is counted as added when it is assigned to a member’s profile regardless of payment)
5. Debtors (month) – the number of members who are in arrears with payments this month
6. Debtors (previous month) – number of members who are in arrears with payments for previous months (data is calculated from 3 months back).
7. Outstanding payments (this month) – the number of overdue installments that occurred in the current month. The percentage in parentheses is the percentage of overdue installments in relation to the number of active memberships
8. Not renewed memberships – the number of memberships that ended in the current month and the member has not purchased another membership
9. Terminated memberships – the number of memberships terminated and terminated early in the current month
F. Memberships (PLN)
The data presented in the above table is the data analogous to the information presented in the table Memberships (quantity) but in the amount version.
