If a Member forgot to bring their membership card or you grant a Member a one-time access to the Club, assign them a temporary card.
1. Scan a card on a reader.
2. Click the Assign temporary member card option:
3. Search for a Member and choose their profile from the list:
4. Click on the plus icon and confirm:
5. The card will then be assigned to the Member:
Removing temporary card from the profile
Once the temporary card is being returned, detach it from the profile.
1. Go to the Member’s profile and to the Profile tab.
2. Click the card icon:
3. Mark the slider next to the number of the temporary card you wish to detach and confirm your choice:
