Thanks to the BI you will know the condition of your business. You’ll be able to notice new trends and measure the efficiency.
Important! The BI Dashboard provides you with analytical data, thus it does not relate to the data found in the reports. The data found here is calculated each day after midnight.
Below, you’ll find descriptions of each element of the BI dashboard:
1. In the top section of the dashboard we can find the following filters:
- Clubs – a club, from which data shall be presented, can be chosen from the drop down list
- Year – the current year or up to two years prior can be chosen from the drop down list
- Month – allows you to choose a specific month or a range of dates, for example the first quarter of the year
- Day – allows you to choose a specific day or a range of dates, for example, the first 10 days of the month
- Registration year – allows you to select a specific date of registration of Members

Choosing the „Wszystkie” option will show the data for all clubs or registration years.
After defining a filter, the dashboard will refresh and adjust automatically.
2. In the next section we can see pie charts:
- Map – shows the placement of your Members based on the club’s location
- Number of signed agreements per city – presents a percentage value of signed agreements in a club in a specific city
- Client source – presents a percentage value of Members choosing a specific source. This information can be used to determine the efficiency of advertising
- Age range – presents age groups of the active Members
- Gender – presents a percentage value of the gender of the Members divided into men, women and other

3. In the middle, numeric values can be found:
- Club entries – shows the number of entries based on the filters defined earlier
- Active members – the number of active Members (excluding the Members with Partner status)
- Total income – presents the total income from payments made for installments, fees, services and bar sales

4. Next, we can see charts:
- Active members – shows the number of active Members (excluding the Members with Partner status)
- Active members per status – shows the percentage value of active Members based on their status (excluding the Members with Partner status)

- Signed agreements – shows the number of agreements signed in a specific year and month

- Payments – total value of payments made for installments, fees, services and bar sales.
