eFitness enters a new market

Form Factory opens another fitness club, this time in Bratislava, Slovakia. It offers over 1000 m2 of space, modern multifunctional exercise equipment and qualified trainers. This club is complemented by a wide range of group activities, Les Mills programs and personalized training plans. A nice bonus is also the sauna for exhausted club members. The facility gives almost unlimited training options, just perfect for anyone who leads an active and healthy lifestyle and is adapted to support a large number of people.

The club planned with advanced solutions in the field of access control automation and fitness club management. Our company eFitness has proved to be the best and most flexible partner to solve these challenges.

As part of cooperation with Form Factory, eFitness specialists have implemented printers optimized for Slovak fiscal requirements and gates based on Gantner technology fully integrated with the eFitness system. Thanks to this solution the club gained:

  • fast and efficient access control, which smooths the customer traffic in the club,
  • convenience for customers who don’t have to queue,
  • maximum high level of security of stored biometric data (fingerprints) in accordance with the law requirements ,
  • cost savings – thanks to automation, employees don’t have to spend time controlling incoming and outgoing customers,
  • full club traffic monitoring, available on an ongoing basis in the eFitness system, enabling planning and implementation of marketing and billing activities,
  • long-term financial benefits for the club resulting from the automation of selected processes

The second task was the implementation of the eFitness system in the club, covering the entire package of possibilities including:

  • comprehensive facility management giving insight into the view of all clubbers and their activities (entries and exits), detailed reports, payments and access rights,
  • extended CRM module, allowing for building lasting and effective for both parties relations with the club’s clients and optimizing the sales process. All this thanks to the convenient calendar, TODO list, collective tasks, areas of communication with clients that can be automated and a transparent process of lead management,
  • multidimensional marketing tools, which, in combination with reports supported by artificial intelligence, give powerful possibilities for precise targeting of messages and automation of selected communication processes,
  • an intuitive sales point for the reception staff in the system that streamlines their work thanks to easy introduction of settlements with club members, signing contracts and selling additional products,
  • a convenient mobile application for customers and an online Customer Area, thanks to which he can book and pay for services and products remotely,
  • Business Intelligence functionality supported by Microsoft, thanks to which the club manager has access to transparent charts and reports, can group in the best way for himself and track the performance of KPIs implemented by his employees, as well as improve his work thanks to convenient system shortcuts,
  • enabling future club trends to be predicted through Machine Learning and Big Data.

The Form Factory client received Helpdesk team available every day to answer all questions and support the client in the development of implemented solutions. Thus, the eFitness system gained the trust of another foreign customer and entered the 12th European market.
